Eric Dier has triggered a permanent option in his Bayern Munich loan deal.
Dier is on-loan from Tottenham, where his contract expires in June.
The Athletic says Dier has now met his targets to turn the move into a permanent transfer.
Bayern are said to have paid 3.5m as a loan fee for Dier.
He has so far played six Bundesliga games, helping them to one clean sheet.
