Kota Kinabalu: Some students are expected to graduate from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) at its 23rd convocation from June 23 to June 27.
UMS Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Taufiq Yap said 204 are first class degree recipients while 99 are foreign students.
The foreign students are from China, Brunei, Indonesia, Timor Leste, Bangladesh, Pakistan, South Korea, Iran, Zanzibar, Vanuatu, Saudi Arabia and India.
“We will also see nine people with disabilities, 164 students from the B40 group and two posthumous grads receiving their scrolls,” he said.
