Tottenham are refusing to give up on securing Christian Eriksen to a new contract.
The Dane is off contract in June and on the shopping lists of Real Madrid and PSG this season.
However, El Desmarque says Spurs chiefs believe they can keep hold of the midfielder.
So far, Eriksen has refused several offers from Spurs to discuss new terms.
Free next June, the future of the 27-year-old midfielder should be decided in the coming months.
