Alaves have signed Athletic Bilbao striker Asier Villalibre.
Villalibre moves to Alaves on-loan to the end of the season.
Alaves announced last night:
"Deportivo Alavs and Athletic Club have reached an agreement whereby Asier Villalibre reinforces the attack of the Albiazul team on loan until the end of this season.
"Villalibre [Gernika, 09/30/1997] is a striker who stands out for his physical power and ability to go into space. In addition, he has a great scoring nose. International in youth categories with the Spanish team, the attacker from Biscay has more than 100 games with the Athletic shirt in which he accumulates 13 goals and 7 assists.
"Now he comes to Deportivo Alavs to complement the attack of Luis Garca Plaza in order to return to the top flight.
"Welcome to your new home and good luck, Asier!"
