Brazilian midfielder Allan has left Everton to join Al-Wahda on a two-year contract.
The 31-year-old has been with the Toffees since joining from Napoli in 2020 for a significant fee.
He played 52 Premier League games in his first two campaigns with the club, but has not been seen in the league in 2022-2023.
According to Al-Wahda, they have now concluded the deal to sign Allan, who was not in the plans of Everton boss Frank Lampard.
Al Wahda are managed by ex-Swansea City and Sheffield Wednesday boss Carlos Carvalhal.
They also have ex-Leicester City star Adrien Silva in their squad.
