CD Mirandes have signed Barcelona midfielder Alvaro Sanz.
Bara have announced it will hold 45% of the player's rights, with a percentage of a future sale.
It's understood Barca have sold the 21 year-old for 100,000.
Sanz, who joined Bara in 2015 from Real Zaragoza, was set to see his Barca deal expire in June. He made his debut in the Champions League this season.
A move to Mirandes sees Sanz step up into the Segunda Division.
