Chelsea have accepted a bid from Manchester United.
After weeks of haggling, United have had an offer of 55m up front plus 5m in bonuses accept by Chelsea, says BBC Sport.
England midfielder Mount had an agreement over personal terms with United for some weeks.
The deal is now settled and Mount will undergo a medical at United's Carrington HQ ahead of signing a contract.
Mount will mark United's first significant signing of the summer market.
