Genoa have completed the signing of Tottenham defender Djed Spence.
The fullback moves to Genoa on-loan for the remainder of the season with an option to buy.
Spence passed his medical on Thursday ahead of signing terms.
The permanent option is said to be set at 10m.
The defender moves to Genoa after a loan with Leeds United was cut short over disciplinary issues.
