Tottenham have completed the signing of Genoa defender Radu Dragusin for a fee of 25m.
Romania international Dragusin, 21, completed his medical on Thursday ahead of signing terms.
Dragusin has started all 22 of Serie A side Genoa's matches this season. He was a key influence on last term's promotion from Serie B.
The defender originally came through the youth system of Juventus before moving to Genoa two seasons ago.
Dragusin's contract with Tottenham will run to 2030.
