Newcastle United have completed the signing of Loris Karius.
Chronicle Live says former Liverpool shot-stopper Karius has joined the club but an official announcement has been delayed due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
The German came off contract at Liverpool over the summer,
Karius arrives as cover for No1 Nick Pope after Karl Darlow suffered a training ground injury last week.
An announcement is expected imminently.
