Nottingham Forest midfielder Tyrese Fornah has joined Derby County.
Fornah moves to Derby in a permanent deal.
The 23 year-old joins the Rams on a two-year contract, after five years at the City Ground.
He spent last season on-loan with Reading.
Fornah began his career with Brighton before being picked up by Forest five years ago.
