City Football Group (CFG) winger Savio has joined PSV Eindhoven.
Savio signed for Manchester City's umbrella group last season from Atletico Mineiro and was placed at French partners Troyes.
CFG paid €6.5m to Atletico Mineiro for Savio, with a 12 per cent cut from any future transfer fee.
