Rayo Vallecano are set to sign Espanyol striker Raul de Tomas in January.
Despite Rayo's president Martin Presas being assaulted by a member of De Tomas' management team, the deal remains on track.
De Tomas has agreed a five-year contract for less than his Espanyol terms and will move in January for €8m plus €3m in bonuses.
The striker will move to Vallecas and train with Rayo before being registered on January 1.
De Tomas played for Rayo in the past between 2017 and 2019.
