However, it's essential to recognize that the context of a capital city's development differs significantly from that of rural states. Furthermore, the former prime minister's emphasis on avoiding corruption and ensuring a supportive environment for investors is valid, but it's essential to acknowledge that addressing these issues is a complex and ongoing process.
