MANILA, Philippines — Alex Eala jumps to No. 32 in the WTA live rankings following her quarterfinal entry at the Dubai Tennis Championships.
Eala's quarterfinal spot came after beating Sorana Cirstea of Romania, 7-5, 6-4, early Thursday in Manila.
Eala is expected to hit a new career-high ranking when the WTA releases its official rankings on Monday. TMT
