- EastEnders actress Natalie Cassidy has revealed on her Life with Nat podcast that she rushed her nine-year-old daughter, Joanie, to A&E after she broke her arm again.
- The injury, which required “general anaesthetic” and the “same operation”, occurred at school just weeks after Joanie had surgery on the same arm.
- Cassidy described the incident as "traumatic," admitting she felt like she was "having a nervous breakdown" after being alerted to the accident.
- Despite concerns, tests for “some sort of deficiency” in Joanie came back normal.
- Cassidy added: “The consultant actually said, ‘I do think it’s just really bad luck’.”
