Former RB Leipzig sporting director Max Eberl is said to be honoured with recent speculation about his future.
The German is very flattered about being touted for the sporting director position at Liverpool.
However, BILD journalists Christian Falk and Tobias Altschaffl state that his priority is still Bayern Munich.
Eberl wants to remain in Germany and is hoping to work for Bayern in the near future.
However, if he does not get that job, he may then talk to Liverpool about their proposal.
The English giants, for their part, find Eberl the ideal man to work with coach Jurgen Klopp.
