Ex-Liverpool Sporting Director Michael Edwards is pushing for a return to football.
The 43-year-old has not worked in the sport since he parted company with the Anfield club last summer.
Edwards spent 11 incredibly successful years working with the club's chiefs and sporting decision makers.
Per The Athletic, Edwards will be working as a non-executive director of Ludonautics, a football advisory service, alongside Liverpool's former director of research Ian Graham.
The source adds that even with this role, he will be able to take on other jobs in the future.
There is hope among Premier League clubs that Edwards can eventually be persuaded to work as a sporting director again.
