EGYPT national team head coach Hossam Hassan reportedly collapsed after his two wives were involved in a physical altercation.
According to multiple reports, the incident took place at a café in a hotel in Porto Marina, on Egypt’s North Coast, where the football manager was on holiday.
An argument between Hossam’s first wife, Howaida Al-Gharabawi, and his second wife, Dina “Dan Adam” Mustafa, reportedly escalated into a physical altercation, prompting several people to intervene.
Hassan could be seen attempting to calm the situation before reportedly collapsing.
Some reports said both women sustained minor injuries, including scratches and bruises.
According to Sky News Arabia, Hassan’s lawyer denied reports that the coach had suffered a health crisis, saying he was in good health.
In the aftermath of the incident, Hassan was reported to have divorced his first wife, Howaida. However, reports have differed on whether the divorce had been legally finalised.
