Eintracht Frankfurt technical director Markus Krosche has played down talk of interest from Liverpool.
Krosche has been linked with Liverpool as a replacement for departing sporting director Julian Ward.
However, after Eintracht Frankfurt's Champions League defeat to Napoli, he said: "I have no idea, you'll have to ask the person who wrote it."
Krosche also denied any phone call with Reds manager Jrgen Klopp.
He offered a short but clear, "No."
