RANAU: An elderly man was seriously injured after being crushed under his own vehicle in Kampung Kimolohing, near here, early Tuesday morning.
The fire department said they found the 68-year-old local pinned under a Toyota Hilux SR.
The man was loading things onto the truck when the vehicle suddenly slid backwards, the department said, citing eyewitnesses.
The rescue team removed the man from under the vehicle and gave him initial treatment before sending him to the hospital.
