Aston Villa boss Unai Emery will be reunited with former Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez at the club.
Emery has left Villarreal with immediate effect, taking the vacant managerial job at Villa after Steven Gerrard's sacking.
Martinez, who is the no.1 keeper at Villa, was apparently not happy with Emery when he was Arsenal coach.
At one stage, Martinez “liked" a post on Instagram that said “Like for Emery Out!"
Per The Mirror, the two will now look to bury the hatchet and bring success to Villa.
The immediate priority for Emery will be to ensure the club does not stay in a relegation fight for the rest of the season.
