Kota Kinabalu: Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) said Budget 2023 would help ease the financial burden of the middle- and low-income earners in Malaysia.
However, the Sabah-based political party stressed that the Putrajaya should be mindful of prudent spending and transparency in implementing the budget.
Its President Datuk Chin Su Phin also said the Federal government should also make sure every spending is accountable pertaining to the RM272.3 billion operating expenditure that constitutes 70 per cent of the Budget 2023 to prevent any abuse.
