Everton boss Sean Dyche says his players must use their Premier League charges as motivation.

Already slapped with a 10 point deduction, the Blues are now facing a second charge.

Dyche said: The players are well versed in it now. Most of these players, not all, will have their own version of media. They see the national media and they hear it all the time they are used to there being a noise of some kind. Some like it more than others. Really, it is just saying to them: 'Look, we are all used to the noise, we are all used to the questions.' Everton has pretty much been a hotbed for the last two-and-a-half seasons.

"There has been a lot of opinion, a lot of conjecture on the good, bad and ugly at Everton, so they have all come through a period of that. So they have all got the skillset to understand it and to realise that whatever happens we get out there and we perform to our max - that is the goal, that is the intention."

Dyche added: You can put as much of a storyline around it as you want, that remains the goal. I am clear-focused on it, so are my staff and I encourage the players to be. It is difficult but the world is difficult now for players. I am a big fan of players, I very rarely hammer players or question them because I get it - I was one.

"Their world is way different now. Some bring it on themselves, some court the media, some don't. But whatever you think, it is there, so it needs dealing with. This is just a different version of dealing with a different storyline."
