Everton captain James Tarkowski says there can be no relaxing tonight against Fulham.
The Toffees host Fulham in the Carabao Cup quarterfinal.
Tarkowski said on KICK: "The Cup has been great for us.
"We've had three wins in it, we're in the quarter-finals and it's been a real momentum-builder.
"I've been frustrated for years with cups over the years because it is often overlooked and the Premier League is the real focus, but this year it's been a real focus for us as well as the league and it's really helped us.
"We're really looking forward to the next round because it's a really good chance for us to get to the semi-finals of a cup competition.
"I've always said, especially when I came here, that I always want to get far in a Cup competition - so hopefully this is that opportunity.
"The motivation is there for us. If we win, we're one round away from Wembley, so we'll be ready for it."
