Everton centre-forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin has praised his new teammate Beto.
The English attacker was back in the team and on the scoresheet in a 3-1 win over Brentford.
While all eyes were on Calvert-Lewin, he took the time post-game to praise summer arrival Beto.
Speaking to the club's official website, Calvert-Lewin said: He's been excellent since he's come in. He's a physical presence and I've really enjoyed training with him. We've had a few conversations between ourselves about us being on the pitch at the same time and how that will look, and how we can make that work.
It's been a while since I've had someone as physical as myself to be up there at the top of the pitch and to share the workload. A lot of the time, I've had to be a battering ram and that sometimes takes away from other parts of your game.
But I think he's been top. It's not easy leading the line for the Toffees. I think other strikers who have come in the past have realized that. I think Beto has got what it takes, and hopefully, we can see ourselves both on the pitch at the same time, bullying teams."
