Everton defender James Tarkowski only has positive things to say about his new partner at the back.
The former Burnley star has formed a partnership with youngster Jarrad Branthwaite in recent weeks.
The 21-year-old, who was on loan at PSV Eindhoven last season, has come back to claim a starting spot alongside Tarkowski.
Asked about Branthwaite by reporters, Tarkowski said: "He's calm, technically very good, physical and quick. He's also got size.
He's got everything to go to the very top at the game, especially for his age.
I didn't see too much of him last season, so this was my first real look and I've been really impressed."
