Everton have launched a late market bid for Villarreal attacker Samu Chukwueze.
Marca says Everton have made a loan offer in the last 24 hours for the Nigeria international.
Everton have proposed a 12-month loan plus an obligatory permanent option of €45m.
It's suggested Villarreal will struggle to resist the offer as it would represent the biggest sale in their history.
For his part, Chukwueze has long admitted an ambition to play in England.
