Everton may have an easier time convincing Manchester United to allow Anthony Elanga to leave this summer.
The Swedish winger was not allowed to move to the Toffees in January, despite serious interest.
Now it appears Elanga, who is out of favor with Erik ten Hag at United, is available on a cut price deal.
Per the Liverpool Echo, bids of around 10 million may be enough to convince United to sell.
Elanga is not seen as first team material at United and will be sold to raise funds for other purchases.
Everton director of football Kevin Thelwell is likely to push again to secure his signature.
