Former Manchester City and Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor is eager to help Togolese football.
However, Adebayor has ruled out taking the national team coaching post.
He told The Sun: Once the current Africa Cup of Nations is over, I will try to have talks with the Minister of Sports and the authorities.
"I want to see how I can contribute. All I want is to support my country."
Adebayor played 87 matches for Togo in the national jersey.
