Former Dynamo Moscow striker Dmitry Bulykin is happy seeing Arsen Zakharyan about to join Chelsea.
Chelsea are set to pay the 19 year-old's €15m buyout clause to take him to London.
Bulykin told Gazeta.ru: "I do not rule out the transfer of Zakharyan - after all, our players play in Europe, and maybe someone else will join them.
"But this is very hard to do. At the same time, I am always in favour of Russian footballers going abroad to gain experience and progress in the top leagues."
This season, Zakharyan has played five games for Dynamo, scoring one goal and making two assists.
