The agent of Arsen Zakharyan has confirmed Chelsea are set to sign the Dynamo Moscow midfielder.
Chelsea are set to pay the 19 year-old's €15m buyout clause to take him to London.
Zakharyan's agent, Pavel Andreev, says the deal is now in it's final stretch, telling Sport-Express: “Agreeing a contract with Chelsea in the final stage? Yes, this is so."
Personal terms are also close to being struck around a six-year contract.
Zakharyan is expected to be registered with Chelsea for the season.
