Former Newcastle goalkeeper Shaka Hislop has been surprised by Alexander Isak's early impact.
Hislop, who spent three seasons at Newcastle following his move from Reading in 1995, has been 'pleasantly surprised' by the start made by the former Borussia Dortmund forward.
Speaking on ESPN, the former West Ham United and Portsmouth goalkeeper was full of praise for Isak and believes a tally of 15 goals would be a good return for his first season in England.
“I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised by his start, by the way he took his goal. I know he had one disallowed as well. Between now and the end of the season if Isak gets 15 that's a very good return. I think he can get 15," Hislop said.
