Former Tottenham sports chief Fabio Paratici has received a boost in his appeal against a world-wide FIFA ban.
Paratici resigned from Spurs last week after FIFA extended worldwide a 30-month suspension handed down by Italy's FIGC for his involvement in Juventus' capital gains scandal.
However, now a statement from Paratici's lawyers has now confirmed he has successfully had his ban from all football related activities scaled down.
He will now be able to work in the game, albeit in a reduced capacity.
It's unclear whether Spurs will welcome him back after hiring Scott Munn as new football chief executive.
