F1 Race Train Pass Now On Sale For RM200

KLIA Ekspres is selling a RM200 Sepang Race Train Pass covering three days of return train and shuttle trips between KL Sentral and the Sepang International Circuit, for October’s Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix. Sales run from 22 September to 4 October 2026.

KL Sentral To Sepang Circuit

The pass covers the KLIA Ekspres or KLIA Transit route between KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2, followed by a connecting shuttle bus to Sepang International Circuit.

Trains run every 20 minutes from 5am to 1am on 2 and 3 October. On 4 October, frequency increases to every 15 minutes between 11am and 11pm, with trains running every 20 minutes outside those hours.

Scan The QR Pass Twice

At KL Sentral, follow the signs to the KLIA Ekspres departure hall, scan the QR pass at the entrance gate, then head to the platform.

When you arrive at KLIA Terminal 2, scan the pass again at the exit gate, follow the signs to the Transportation Hub on Level 1, then board the shuttle bus to the circuit.

Three Ways To Buy It

You can get the pass through the official website, the KLIA Ekspres app (Apple Store | Google Play Store), or self-service kiosks, with terms and conditions applying.

At RM200, it costs the same as the cheapest Grand Prix ticket, the G Hillstand category, so getting to the circuit could cost you as much as getting in.
