SHAH ALAM - Selangor FC player Faisal Halim will undergo his third surgery this afternoon following the success of the first and second surgeries.
Selangor FC board member Datuk Seri Shahril Mokhtar is seeking prayers from all Malaysians to ensure the success of Faisal's treatment.
"This afternoon is the third surgery," he told Sinar.
Previously, Faisal had undergone two surgeries to treat fourth-degree burns after being splashed with acid in an incident at a shopping centre on Sunday.
Shahril said Faisal was recovering and hoped that the player's condition will improve after the third surgery.
"Starting today, visitation procedures will be enhanced by limiting visitors.
"Youth and Sports Minister Hannah Yeoh said yesterday, he (Faisal) seems like he's getting better," he said.
