KENINGAU: A large tree fell at the tamu ground here early Monday, crushing a three-tonne lorry and a Proton Saga FLX but causing no injuries.
A team of 11 firefighters from the Keningau station arrived within minutes of the 6.40am call and used chainsaws to cut and remove the tree.
The operation, which ended at 7.55am, cleared the area safely and allowed traffic to resume as normal.
