With city dwellers returning from their hometowns after the Hari Raya Aidilfitri holiday, it is no surprise that there was heavy traffic congestion on highways from the northern region and east coast towards the Klang Valley.
Understanding the perils of being stuck in traffic, one family in Terengganu opened up their home to the exhausted motorist.
TikTok user @r.nisss took to her account to post how her family drew up a cardboard with the words, “Free toilet! Just come in” and placed it in front of their house.

The kind hearted family also prepared refreshments for the tired motorists.
This was not the first time the family came up with such an initiative. In fact, they actually began doing this in 2023.
Many TikTok users praised the initiative, with some thanking the user as they were one of the many motorists who had stopped by to use their facilities.
“I was stuck in a three hour traffic jam here yesterday. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your washroom,” said a grateful netizen.
