Vitor Roque's family have resisted massive commissions to see the Athletico Paranaense forward join Barcelona.
The teen's move to Barca is due to be announced by the two clubs, with Roque signing a seven-year contract to 2030.
The move's cost will rise to 74m should all bonuses be fulfilled.
However, Sport says Roque's family have resisted massive signing bonuses from Chelsea, Manchester United and PSG to be sure Vitor gets his dream move to Barca.
These offers also included a 10m signing on bonus for Roque - which he has ignored to commit to the Blaugrana. He will join Barca on an initial salary of 3.5m.
