“One In EveryONE” — the theme to our fashion spread for Fall Winter 2024 looks at the power of individuality and how everyone is uniquely themselves.
In life, we are often tempted to make comparisons — at work, on social media, or even in daily life. There’s the longing to fit in or to be like someone else. We want to be just as tall, just as pretty, just as smart. Truth is, we really don’t have to put ourselves into moulds we think are expected of us. We are our own moulds — uniquely ourselves and who we should continue to thrive to be.
There’s just something so captivating about individuality and authenticity. In a society that’s ever-changing, it’s beautiful to see how each individual stands out amongst the crowd. Despite the pressure of societal norms to “fix” who we are, we can all be proud of our oneness, our distinctiveness and of course, our identities.
In this fashion spread, we celebrate individuality and the “One In EveryONE”. Our muses include activist Aida Ihsani, DJ Daaliah, national diver Hanis Nazirul, models Ketty Chang and Paul Yong, yoga instructor Lai Yoke Choi, and content creator Triseya Johan. The effervescent personalities bring the allure of singularity as they each mirror radiance being extraordinarily themselves.
