
KOTA KINABALU: A 56-year-old man was killed when his Proton Saga collided with a Viva at the Tanjung Aru traffic lights, here, Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Armada Said and addressed at the Kinarut Settlement Scheme in Papar.
The Viva driver, identified as a 26-year-old who worked at a car wash in Tanjung Aru, sustained injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
It is understood that the Viva was heading home to Putatan from Tanjung Aru when the collision with the Proton Saga happened at about 7pm.
