Liverpool are expected to be days away from signing Brighton attacker Alexis Mac Allister.
The midfielder's father and agent Carlos is due in England next week for meetings with Lverpool.
That's according to Argentine journalist Csar Luis Merlo, who is reporting: "Alexis Mac Allister's arrival in Liverpool comes at a key moment: everything is well advanced and next week his father and agent will travel to England.
"The contractual offer is up to 2028 and it remains to finish accelerating and close the exit with Brighton."
Brighton are seeking 70m to sell their Argentina World Cup winner.
