Fatih Karagumruk patron Suleyman Hurman admits talks for Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey are over.
The Wales ace was a target for new Fatih Karagumruk coach Andrea Pirlo.
Hurman admits talks were held with the former Arsenal star, but an agreement couldn't be reached.
He stated: "We practically reached the stage of an agreement with Ramsey, but then we gave up."
Ramsey and Juventus are currently haggling over a payoff for the final year of his contract.
