FC Volendam are swooping for Chelsea defender Xavier Mbuyamba.
The Dutchman will sign with Volendam in a permanent deal, penning a three-year contract in the process, says De Telegraaf.
Chelsea initially did not want to accept Mbuyamba's departure, but gave him the go-ahead on Tuesday evening to return to the Netherlands.
Volendam were able to reach an agreement last night, just hours before the Dutch summer market closed.
Mbuyamba was spotted and signed by Barcelona in 2019 from MVV Maastricht before leaving Cataluyna for Chelsea a year later.
