Fenerbahce have opened pre-contract talks with Tottenham midfielder Lucas Moura.
Moura comes off contract at Spurs in June and is free to negotiate pre-contract terms with any foreign club.
Sabah says Fener have offered the 30-year-old midfielder a deal for three years.
Moura has been playing for Tottenham since 2018.
This season, he has made 12 appearances for Spurs in all competitions.
