Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes is the club's Player of the Year this season.
The Portuguese pass master has been given the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year for 2023/24.
Fernandes, who recently missed a game through injury for the first time in his United career, is expected to play in Saturday's FA Cup final.
The attacker managed 15 goals in all competitions this term, along with eight assists in the Premier League.
He was second in United's overall scoring charts, while topping the club's assist tally.
Fernandes won around 40 percent of the vote from the club's supporters ahead of Diogo Dalot in second.
