Initial investigations revealed that the 33-year-old man had driven his luxury vehicle recklessly by tailgating a complainant before abruptly stopping in the middle of the road.

Suspect surrenders and issues an apology

Wan Azlan stated that the suspect had already reached out to the victim via social media to apologise. Following the viral spread of the footage, the driver turned himself in at the Subang Jaya Police Station, where his statement was recorded before he was released on police bail.

The investigation remains active under Section 279 of the Penal Code for rash driving and Section 341 for wrongful restraint.
