A shocking incident unfolded in Kuantan this morning after a Filipina domestic worker allegedly attacked her female employer and the employer’s son with a knife, leaving both injured and the son’s finger severed during the altercation.
According to China Press, the incident took place at around 8.40am today (Nov 11) inside a terraced house in KotaSAS Royal Town, Kuantan.
Worker believed to have been under pressure
According to early information, the domestic worker was believed to have been under immense pressure before the confrontation occurred. She was quickly detained by police following the attack.
The victims, a 57-year-old woman and her 28-year-old son, were reportedly slashed during the incident. The son is said to have lost a finger in the struggle.
Police have since cordoned off the home as part of their ongoing investigation.
Security guard was the first to arrive
Speaking to WeirdKaya, a reader who resides near the victim’s home said that the maid attacked her employer with a cleaver, and allegedly the male owner was also injured.
The homeowner quickly alerted the authorities and also sought help in a WhatsApp group. Allegedly, the first person to arrive at the scene was the security guard.
There was blood all over the house, but the victims did not appear to be fatally injured.”
The reader also shared a video showing the male victim standing inside the house covered in blood, and with blood stain all over the floor.
