Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano was left frustrated after their 1-1 draw with RFS in their Europa League opener.
Antonin Barak struck for the Viola with Andrej Ilic grabbing the equaliser. Italiano later stated they created enough to win the game.
He said, "We are used to this kind of narrative every game. We are unable to score goals despite creating plenty of opportunities.
"We fail to win games that we should win comfortably, considering how we dominate. I honestly think we are better than Riga but today's result proves that it's not true.
"We have this difficulty in putting the ball in the net, so we don't win games that must be won.
"We work hard to create opportunities, we do create them but we pay for this lack of coldness and concreteness in front of the opponents' goal.
"The boys did everything to win the game. We are disappointed because we threw away two points.
"I think you can train to finish better, we do it. But it's also a mental thing.
"Maybe we will score some fortunate goals and our strikers all of a sudden will be calmer, and start to score more regularly without pressure. We just lack hunger in the penalty box right now. The problem is there, it's a shame."
