Kota Kinabalu: A double-storey terrace house at Lorong Zirafah 1, Luyang Phase 2, here, was destroyed by fire at about 8pm on Thursday.
The house owner known as Chong, 53, was alerted by his tenant who was renting a room about fire in the house.

His neighbours also vacated their house upon alerted about the fire incident.
